Today begins my 30 day homemade challenge. Specifically 30 days of making something from scratch that I would normally buy premade.
Day one plan:
Use frozen pizza dough that I made a few days ago to make homemade veggie pizzas! When we do make pizza at home I usually use a premade crust or pizza dough from the grocery store. I had grand plans for homemade pizzas several days ago, and got my hands all gooey with dough only to read that I needed to let it rise for a day.
A full 24 hours.
So after it rose I split it and froze half and made the other half right away. The true test for Mr is how it tastes after being frozen. I'll update with my results and pictures later today.
